"The Last Airbender" is it's original and correct name, so it should be used.

"The Legend of Aang" was used in the release of the show in Europe. Can anyone have a look-see to confirm? DesertDog (wall) 12:03, (UTC) I can't confirm since I don't get Nick at home. I doubt they'd go to the trouble of redoing the titlecards, but rather, in promoting and listing the program. That would make things more consistent with Avatar: The Legend of Korra and allow them, if need be, have another series, Avatar: The Legend of NewGuy to continue on, or Avatar: The Legend of Kyoshi if they wanted a prequel. I seem to recall Nick was retconning TLA to Avatar: The Legend of Aang after all the trouble/confusion between the blue people movie and the The Last Airbender movie. Sorry.)Īgain, 888th or another Administrator would have to handle it.they are the only ones who can edit that (MediaWiki space, I believe). Or you could drop the "the" and just have Last Airbender since The Legend of Korra also has a The that they drop. The only reason I could think of it for being noted that way is because "TLA" would not fit in that box - a site design issue. When you put your mouse over Media, it shows The Legend of Kora, Promise, The Legend of Aang, Feature Film, and Latest News.Īh, I see what you mean now. In the top of the wiki, you have On the wiki | Universe | Media | Community | Network. I'm sorry, I don't see where it is labeled that way? Could you be more specific please? I vote changing "The Legend of Aan"g back to The Last Airbender. It's not the title, but hey it follows the theme of the other title. Calling it "The Legend of Aang" would be like changing The Legend of Korra to "That One Waterbender Girl". The Legend of Korra is only that because it's the title, not a description. I can't figure out why this was done, the series was never once called "The Legend of Aang". Under media, for some reason The Last Airbender is labeled as "The Legend of Aang".
